These files are contained in varous JAR files in the bin/chrome directory.
For each JAR file, make a directory (like toolkit) then unzip the jar into that
directory.
You would then locate those files that need the changes, change them, and then rezip
them into the original jar, keeping the directory structure.
mkdir toolkit
cd toolkit
unzip ..\toolkit.jar
edit file
zip -r ..\toolkit.jar content\*.*
