Try going to http://www.carsdirect.com/ and playing with the drop down 
menus.  The first one only seems to work with the arrow keys (I've 
NPsWPS sliding focus on, that might affect it).  The second drop down 
has only the first entry.

I've had problem with drop downs in previous versions of Mozilla.  I 
don't know if this is specific to the OS/2 version.
