Dialog boxes too small

Many of the dialog boxes in 0.9.2 are too small to see the buttons and 
fields and only SOMETIMES does the enter key depress OK.

I can create folders in mail account's root by typing the name and 
hitting enter, but if I use "new subfolder" from a current folder's 
context menu, they enter key does nothing and I can't get subfolder made.

Is there anything in the prefs I can do about this? (to see dialogs?)
