Closing 0.9.3

The new mozilla is very fast compared to previous builds but has 
introduced a strange feature. If more than one component of mozilla is 
open closing one closes them all. e.g. If I have mail and browser open, 
closing the browser will also close the mail window (and address book if 
open). Is there a configuration item that is causing this?
