OK, the problem is actually with windows that use the WS_TOPMOST style. The reason that starting WIN-OS/2 fixes the problem is because when you start seamless WIN-OS/2, it turns off topmost certain wide. So any app that has windows that use the WS_TOPMOST style will cause this failure (This includes XWorkPlace and others) Now that we understand it and can recreate it, we hope to have a fix soon.
