Yes.

I haven't checked this system setting before, but changing it doesn't 
change the Warpzilla behaviour. From the help: 

" Use the Object open behavior field to specify how 
 you want to display the window when you select an 
 object that is already open. "

But we talk about _different_ URL objects here, so this setting really
should not have anything do do with this. I would say that Netscape is
correct and Warpzilla just ignores the command, or have I missed 
something?

I have also noticed that different releases of Warpzilla might or 
might not allow me to start more than one instance of the program. 
0.9.3 does not. Is this related?
