The main factor for fixpaks is Unicode support, which means:
OS/2 Warp 3 (fixpack 32 or newer)
OS/2 Warp 4 (fixpack 6 or newer)
OS/2 Warp Server Version 4.0 (fixpack 32 or newer)
OS/2 Warp Server Advanced Version 4.0 (fixpack 32 or newer)
OS/2 Warp Server Advanced SMP Feature (fixpack 32 or newer)
OS/2 Warp Server for e-business (no fixpack required)
WorkSpace On-Demand 2.0
Don't know of the floor for TCP/IP or MPTN.
Systemwise, 20MB space on a longfilename partition and lots of RAM
(Warpzilla usually runs in the 25-30MB range). A 686 processor or faster
is also recommended.
