Newbie Help Please

I dl'ed Mozilla 2-28-2001.Its 15+ megs.I looked 3 or 4 times for a txt
or doc file on installing it but found none.Did I miss dl'ing
something,or better yet, how do I go about installing it.TIA,Dale
