0.9.4 DDE

I remember it being said that 0.9.4 would have DDE support.  However, I
cannot find any DDE "topics" when 0.9.4 is active.  A query for DDE topics
for Netscape 4.61 results in 41 of them including:

WWW_OpenURL
WWW_ShowFile
WWW_Activate
WWW_ListWindows

How should one go by accessing the Mozilla DDE interface?
