I just did a test and it did all the things that the configuration 
said it could.  ie. I set each modifier/wheel combination to something
different, and then tried it.  All worked as expected.  This is with 
an IBM Scrollpoint mouse and the AMouse V2 drivers.

If there was D&D support, I'd seriously consider deleting NS4.61.
