"Using"?  No.

I have tried it, and it seems to me I've seen a clicked-on link
open in a new tab (rather than in the same, or a new, window),
but normally I don't deliberately use the Multizilla function.

[If by your question you mean to say that the Bookmark problems
 people mention are arising from an interaction with Multizilla
 -- I do not remember the other people saying that.]
