The mail & news window cannot be used at all now because each time it starts up it hangs. The precise message in the bar along the bottom is "Building summary file for inbox..." and then you wait for ever for it to come up.
The whole thing was deleted and reinstalled with no improvement. I can't stand any more problems like this - will go back to NS 4.61 until more development happens. Victor Bien
