I couldn't find the font in the Font Palette (even not by changing one of them: it wasn't on the list). But, I do have a c:\psfonts\tnrmt30.cmb, so I guess it was installed once, but somehow isn't selectable any more. I did have the PLC4 trap however. Your suggested change did solve the trap error.
I'm posting this, so maybe other people who think they don't have the font installed, but have the trap, might look again and try the fix...
