At some point we plan to move away from using OS/2 Unicode conversions for display and this problem will go away.
The problem is that conversion from Shift_Jis->Unicode and Unicode->OS/2 codepage loses some characters. I don't think that using the OS/2 codepage to convert to Unicode from Shift_Jis is correct.
