Someone asked why I posted a 6.2.1 and if it is better than 0.9.6. That depends on your definition of better.
6.2.1 is based on a codelevel that was tested and shipped by Netscape, and as such is probably more "stable" I want to make as many options available to people as possible. As you have seen in the past, we have based IBM Web Browser releases on Netscape releases, NOT Mozilla milestone. This is because we want to leverage Netscape's testing. It also makes it MUCH easier to find things that are OS/2 specific. There is an obvious Windows build to compare against. Also, I want to have a level that people can use without having to download nightlies. I think the Netscape 6.X based binaries are stable enough to use day to day. I appreciate any bugs reported in the 6.2.1 codebase, and I will fix them and update that ZIP file. Currently, I have on my list the font stuff and some locale issues. Thanks for your support. Mike Kaply P.S. With the holidays coming up, things will get a little quieter. I will put an 0.9.7 build up as soon as it is released.
