Yes, it is. In 0.9.6 that was what came up from the "Add" button in 
the Bookmarks window. Personally, I don't like non-standard quick 
keys; they are an unnecessary load on my memory -- I'm sure that this 
is a subjective feeling and others will feel differently. I vote for 
putting this function back on the "Add" button, and keeping the quick 
key if people want it. I don't see what extra utility the present 
"Add" button brings to justify itself.
