Again: Mozilla, like Netscape, Opera, and Internet Explorer, is a 
BROWSER, and is offered as such (not as a universal Intenet viewer). 
The other functions are there for people who want all their Internet 
activity concentrated in a single application, or for those not 
"grabbed" by single-purpose applications. But they are secondary in 
the eyes of the suppliers and of most other people as well. Given that
Mozilla is a browser, nobody should be surprised if most effort is 
devoted to making it a very good one, and less on mail and news 
reading. If, even so, you prefer to use it for everything else too, 
more power to you; but one needs to be aware of the primary focus of 
the application and accept the implications of it.
