Was looking at http://www.swh-t.lv/info/zinas.html
'View -> Character Coding' correctly detects that this page
uses the 'Baltic (Windows-1257)' character set.

The prefs.js in my profile has the lines:
user_pref("intl.accept_languages", "en-us, lv");
user_pref("intl.charsetmenu.browser.cache", "windows-1252, windows-1257, ISO-8859-15");

Yet looking at that page, the displayed glyphs for the unique
code points are from the Western character set, __not__ the
Baltic character set.

Netscape 4.61 shows that same page with Baltic glyphs.
Is there more Mozilla/2 setup that I have to do, or is
Mozilla/2 language support broken ?
