I *do* have the following line in my prefs.js
user_pref("browser.download.dir", "E:\\www\\web");But it seems to me that I'm re-specifying that location over and over. For instance, for .zip files Mozilla indicates the above directory as the default destination (as it should). But just now I'm downloading an .ogg file -- and Mozilla did *not* indicate my preferred download directory as default. Should the download directory indicated for .zip files ALSO show up as the default for "new kinds of things"? mikus
