Hi all I have a silly problem with the mozilla 097 email client. If I use the email client offline to (re)read some email No Problem. When I am online (dialup connection) I cannot read anything in my Inbox - the number of messages is displayed but there are no visible messages, no headers, nothing showing.
Checking the Properties for the Inbox I find that when online (connected) the font selected is Arabic IBM-864 !!!!! when offline (not connected) it is Western 8859-1 (which is what it should be, I think - well it works anyway). No, it is not possible to change the font when online! It does not matter what font is selected the OK button does not work and closing this properties page any other way does not save any changes. It seems funny that the email client reverts to the correct font when offline (not connected) - there is probably some silly reason for this but I cannot find it. Any settings made for my email Inbox when offline are disregarded when online! Any ideas on how to make it stick with the correct font? Bit pointless having an email client that does not speak my language :-) Could it be related to the fact that I have pointed my Mozilla Inbox folder to the same location as my Netscape Inbox? Changing it back to the previous location does not cure the problem. Thanks for any help Pete
