Some requests:

1. Always try to recreate the problem with a NEW profile before opening
a bug.

2. Always test with the latest build before opening a bug.

3. Please provide very specific scenarios on how to reproduce a problem.
Trap dumps are ONLY useful if they are in WDGTOS2.DLL or GFX_OS2.DLL.
Trap information from MOZRMI36 is not useful at all - this is the C
runtime - it could be any number of issues. The best thing you can give
us is a very specific reproduction scenario.

4. Please try to test the problem on another platform if you can (not
OS/2). This helps in determining who should investigate the problem.

5. If you are not going to be interactive in a bug (as in have a
conversation about the problem), don't bother opening a bug. We need to
be able to ask questions and get
responses.

6. If you find a specific problem on a webpage, please try to reduce the
HTML on the webpage to as little as possible to recreate the problem.
This helps in narrowing things down.
