There was a discussion about this on the Zope ( http://www.zope.org ) mailing list not too long ago: http://lists.zope.org/pipermail/zope/2002-January/107260.html
The main portion of the problem seemed to be when Mozilla 0.9.7 does a POST operation on enctype/multipart forms, and according to the follow-up posts this was fixed in a nightly release shortly after Mozilla 0.9.7 came out. I'm using a nightly build (2001122619) and I'm assuming that the problem remains fixed as I can use Zope fine (it has a web-based interface).
