I do not see a File Bookmark button, and I never did, in any version of Mozilla. When the Bookmark list is displayed in the sidebar, the Add button I am referring to shares a tab with "Manage" and "Find" just above a bar labelled "Name", which is in turn above the Bookmark list.
You don't see this? Why is mine different from yours?
