Unfortunaly i think this is true, without the proper JAVA 1.3 plugin it seems mozilla 
doesnt reconize any others.

But even that the JAVA 1.3 is a SWC feature, there are some ways to get this without 
SWC subscribtion 

One way is getting a ecomstation license, there you can download the newest refreshed 
one from thier server along with other ones.,
Another way would be to ask a friend that owns either a SWC or a eCS license to 
download this for you..

i know its easy to tell when you have the things that other needs - i dont share the 
terms IBM is going to make a free thing (on Windows &CO) payable now.
