I tried the IBM Browser a couple nore times, and it "decided" to work.
I then removed the OS2WEB directory from LIBPATH and PATH, and Mozilla works after rebooting. I had changed MOZILLA_HOME and tried running Mozilla from a command prompt, but I had forgotten about LIBPATH.
