That's the main reason why I posted. The 17 Dec 2001 build of Netscape Communicator displays the alt text in any event, while it never displays the title text. Mozilla 0.9.8 2002020417 displays the alt text according to spec, and ignores the title text entirely. Previous OS/2 Mozilla builds have behaved identically to 0.9.8.
