this build again shows problems with some characters, probably double quotes: http://www.heise.de/ct/02/04/040/
They appear f.e. as Euro, Trademark and some others. Character coding set to Western ISO 8859-1 or -16, Windows 1252 or UTF-8 doesn't affect it.
