Is it a XP "feature" that the tooltip of a window-tab pops up under the command menu, appearing after LMB clicking on this tab? Or is it an OS/2 specific misbehaviour? This causes the appearing menu box to jump to a different location on the screen when a command is selected and then this command is not executed.
