I might try that someday when new builds stop happening every day, but
what I'm after is *no* icons. Words I understand, pictures are
ambiguous. The words back & fwd take up much less vertical space than
any usable icons could ever hope to. With a matching (or relocated)
smaller throbber, the vertical space no longer consumed would be close
to enough for a whole 'nuther text row in the content pane.
