sounds like they are using javascript to detect the browser and rejects it.

Either there have been some changes that break their pages since NS6.2 (aka 
mozilla0.9.4) or the have browser detection that only detect NS6.2 and not 
mozilla. Either way, please do file a bug (if there isn't one already). If it is 
a mozilla bug it needs to get fixed, if it is a bug on their side, we need to 
tell them about it.
