Thank you very much - mailnews print confirmation window is now displayed correctly on-screen. However, good things are always with bad one's. Now it is possible to print only one message. When trying to print the second one a message "loading message for printing" appears but that's all. However closing a mailnews window and reopening it allows to print another message etc.
