Follow up: I stand corrected: reason is neither size, name (soos2res.htm) nor extension (as tested with 0.9.8 and 0.9.9). Likely it's a device/access-error, maybe ini-corruption, that affected other pgm's as well (couldn't rename or delete it), but didn't crash them. Doesn't happen with other 0-bytes files though.
