I too have had this problem with 0.9.9 I'm going to switch back to 0.9.8 and see if the cookies work. I was trying to log onto my finance profile on Yahoo and it would not log in telling me that my browser would not accept my cookie. I checked the settings and "accept all " was checked. So I think that I'll go back to 0.9.8 and see.
