No, it looks fine on my machine too.
There is no over-lap, and when I select the characters, it still looks fine.
I am using the TRUETYPE.DLL packaged with MCP1.

PMUNIF.DLL is from 10-19-00, and btw, I do not seem to have tnrmt30.ttf
on my system??? (Though Times New Roman MT30 is listed in my font palette).
I have tnrmt30.cmb and also tnrwt_*.ttf (for Japanese, Simplified and
Traditional Chinese) and also MTSANS*.TTF (which is another unicode font
that came with MCP1).

I am using whatever default font is used for UTF-8 in Warpzilla, it's
either Times New Roman or Monospace Sans Duo or whatever it's called.
