Its not mozilla -turbo, but it shaves off a few seconds in some instances loading mozilla! Simply download http://dink.org/files/mdh.zip and unzip it to \<mozilla home dir>\bin (or just \<mozilla home dir> if using a daily build) and run 'detach mdh.exe'
