Although GKCONTNT.DLL was pinpointed after my hang, chkdsk removed GKHTML.DLL as corrupt. I removed the rest of 2002033008 not long after (I did extract GKHTML.DLL from the archive and retry, but that just led to the use of the reset button again). -- Howard
