Which 0.9.9? I've been using the latest nightlies, a new one every day
or two, and mail has been sending fine for a long time. Maybe you should
try today's build with a fresh migrate. Before you migrate, empty the
trash, compact mail folders, shut down 4.61, and delete netscape.hst and
the cache contents.
