Does the little icon supposed to stay gray until it gets new mail like
mine does or should it have some other picture till new mail arrives?
I did the process below but have a gray icon until I use the new mail
program and tell it that I have new mail then I get a picture. At first
cause I was looking something other than I grey box I thought I was
having problems due to running XWP but finally I saw the little grey box
(doesn't stick out overly well at 1600 x 1200 without knowing exactly
where it will be). In case this makes a difference to I am running ECS
1.02.
