mail/news crashes

I am getting crashes wheneveer I click on the mail/news account itself.
I can click on the +/- just fine and any thing under it but not on the 
account line itself.  As soon as I click on it the whole client crashes.

This is on my ECS 1.02 machine but my WSEB machine is working fine.
