This happens on Windows as well, but the core problem appears to be a mistake in the Web page. The with for the Strona and Promoc items is specified as 100% whereas the width for the Wniosek and Kursey items is specified as 100 (no percent).
So the Strona and Promoc items are expanding all the way across the screen. You might send a note to the bank letting them know of the problem. You could also open a Bugzilla bug and ask why it is behaving in this way.
