Thanks.

It apparently wants something that I don't have. It raises an error 
message: "Unable to open the multimedia device. Cannot load the MMPM2 
driver. (system return code 0x1392)". Since I can hear Shoutcast, it 
isn't an MP3 problem. What does this site want that it isn't finding?
