We have a similar program to dinks that hooks into -turbo on the IBM Web Browser, we just haven't had time to get it in the trunk.
So soon there will be hooks so that anyone can create an MOZTURBO.EXE and if we find it in the Mozilla directory, we will use it instead of Mozilla's turbo mode.
