As usual, Mikus, your advice is sound. I have finally solved my problem with release candidates, none of which would run on my machine. I remmed SET MOZILLA_HOME and allowed RC3 to create a new profile. Works beautifully. Anyone know why various nightly builds worked fine with the same profile, but the release candidates (RC1, 2, 3) did not? -- Howard
