Hi I have bumped into some streaming video sites that work with Java (in theory) but all that happens is the applet states it is loading the video - it is obviously downloading judging by the flicking lights on my modem - but all I see is a grey screen where the video should be displayed.
This seems to be a fairly common problem with all the Java 1.3 releases to date. Is this some sort of Microsoft Java incompatibility? I did fire up Netscape 4.61 and the video displayed OK using Java 118. Sorry, did not bookmark the site and cannot remember the url.
