I see an insmzplg.cmd; is that the one you mean?  If it is, it refers to 
mzfiles.rsp, which contains some lines that refer to non-existent 
directories without any indication in inscong.htm of what they mean or 
how they should be corrected, namely

Variable=(
        Name=SRC131
        Description=IBM Web browser source Drive
        Value=D:\po131-userlvl\obj\os2c\retail\java\install\java131
)

and

Variable=(
        Name=PkgPath
        Value=D:\po131-userlvl\obj\os2c\retail\java\install\en\mzplugin\user
        TouchFlags=1
)

What is the Value of those two Variables supposed to be?
