I see a keyboard icon in the bottom center of the upper part of the screen. Clicking on that opens another small Mozilla window containing a Hebrew "keyboard" and "radio buttons" to select the field into which the characters are to be entered. Clicking the appropriate "keys" enters the Hebrew characters into the field on the search form.
