Two different things are happening here.

-turbo actually starts Mozilla and does all Mozilla startup stuff.

mdh just loads the DLLs.

Both have their advantages.

MDH is much less intrusive since no code is actually being executed. It
works better in an environment where you have multiple profiles for
instance.

-turbo is about raw speed.
