In other newsgroups I have been trying to explore my a specific
webpage is not able to load completely. This happens in both Netscape
461 and Mozilla 10.

The page is a small form that needs to be filled in. After it is
filled in, the Enter key should cause the process to move to the next
step; this doesn't happen. The "Go" button doesn't appear on
thedisplayed page.

When the page is displayed, the Javascript console displays the
following error message:

Error: redeclaration of const hide
Source File: chrome://wallet/content/walletOverlay.js Line 1

Another user on the OS/2 NGs, with a system similar to mine, is able
to see the page as it should be; the page loads, and the "Go" button
is visible for him. This means to me that the root of the problem is
likely to be in my system, not in the page.

In the interest of brevity, I won't go into other observations on the
page. I suspect, however, that this error message would give a clue to
what is preventing me from using this page. Can somebody tell me what
this error message indicates?
