This page has the .hover attribute set in CSS whenever you go over an articlebody class, and the first two paragraphs are articlebody.
In addition, they have the font for the articlebody set to 75%, while they have the font for the hover set to 12px. So if you have a large font in preferences (larger than 12px), you will see a font change when you hover over the first two paragraphs which could cause reflow. Bug in page.
