Hello,

well, as Michael Kaply has pointed out, the reason seems to be the
system VIO font. It was activated for all folders in their structural
view with size 2 (since my eCS is German, I have to translate the terms
into English and I don't know if they match the corresponding English
menu names).

After I had changed the scheme palette to Warp 4 system wide, the
preferences window is large enough and the other Mozilla windows have a
different size that is more usable. Actually, also the other Mozilla
windows were a bit too small: E.g. the text in the profile manager
window exceeded the window size and hence only the first half of each
line was visible. I only noticed this after I had changed the scheme
palette, since now the windows are large enough for the text inside.

Now all fonts are set to WarpSans 9.

May be, the Mozilla distributions should contain a warning for this bug
because it is really annoying and the remedy is quite simple.

Thanks a lot for your help
